Industrial Store Warehouse/Customer Service Representative

Norco is currently seeking an individual to fill our Industrial Store Warehouse/Customer Service Representative position. The Industrial Store Warehouse/Customer Service Representative is responsible for accomplishing all shipping and receiving on a daily basis and to maintain the warehouse in a neat and orderly fashion. Serving walk-in customers and phone-in customers. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Prepares all items to be shipped on a daily basisNotifies appropriate parties of shipments receivedPlaces all items received for stock into their appropriate locations on a daily basisMonitor and maintain accurate and appropriate inventory levels and places orders when necessaryCoordinate cycle counts and rental inventory in branch locationEducates staff on inventory accuracy and reduction of human errorsMaintains the warehouse area in a neat and orderly fashionProperly receives all items shipped to the company on a daily basisAdhere to all established procedures, policies and safety rulesGreet customers in a professional and enthusiastic wayAnswer telephone calls promptlyDemonstrate in-depth knowledge of products, placement, availability, price and useSell welding and safety products and services to customerProcess customer orders and accurately input customer order into the computerPerform other tasks as assigned or needed
