Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an HR Recruiter in Sparks, Nevada. This role is pivotal in our manufacturing industry, where the HR Recruiter will be tasked with managing the recruitment process from inception to completion.Responsibilities: Oversee the entire recruitment process, providing support to hiring managers as necessary Cultivate and maintain relationships with candidates and/or contractors Develop a comprehensive understanding of our business and cultural nuances, and effectively define the role, its function, its challenges, and its selling points Design and implement sourcing strategies to uncover both passive and active candidates, ensuring an effective pool of potential hires Conduct in-depth analysis of job skills and qualifications to match high-level positions Participate in recruiting events such as career fairs and special functions Continuously network and pipeline to identify potential candidates Maintain an up-to-date recruiting calendar Conduct comprehensive reviews of resumes and credentials, and pre-screen candidates according to position requirements Monitor application statuses and propose alternatives to facilitate the hiring process where necessary Consult with hiring managers to determine detailed, job-specific preferred qualifications Leverage your understanding of our business needs to better identify candidates that align with our requirements Use creative search techniques to find suitable candidates Stay abreast of industry trends and market conditions Provide consultative/advisory search recruiting services, including research, market intelligence, sourcing, candidate development, assessment, and client advisement. Requirements Candidate must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in the role of HR Recruiter. Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services is mandatory. Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now is required. Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is essential. Experience with Careerbuilder is highly desirable. Must have skills in CRM. Familiarity with About Time software is a plus. Proficiency in using Applicant Track System is required. Experience in conducting Background Checks is essential. Must have knowledge of Benefit Functions. Excellent Communication skills are necessary.
