We are Hiring: Freelance WordPress Website Designer (9–5, M–F)
Hourly: Starting at $20–$25 per hour | Remote (U.S. Based Preferred)
Are you a WordPress wizard who understands that great design starts with marketing? Pegasus Online — The Web Visibility Pros — is looking for a freelance website designer to join our fully remote team. This role is ideal for someone available full-time (M–F, 9am to 5pm Pacific Time) who can help us build client websites that convert visitors into customers.
About the Role:
Hours: 9am – 5pm PT, Monday through Friday
Pay: $18–$20/hour to start
Type: 1099 freelance (independent contractor)
Tools: WordPress (Thrive Theme Builder), Adobe Creative Suite (required)
What You’ll Be Doing:
Designing and updating WordPress websites with a conversion-first mindset
Building within Thrive Theme Builder (or learning it quickly)
Editing photos and logos as needed using Adobe software
Collaborating with a marketing-focused team that values clean, professional design
What We’re Looking For:
A clean, professional online presence (show us your portfolio!)
Reliable computer setup and fast internet
Working Adobe license (Photoshop/Illustrator preferred)
Someone who’s coachable, detail-oriented, and client-focused
Bonus if you’re familiar with SEO or digital marketing best practices
