We are seeking a skilled and reliable tree climber residing in the Truckee/Reno/Grass Valley area to join our team to install fixed wireless equipment. This position requires flexibility and availability to work on days as needed.
Responsibilities:
Climb trees to install fixed wireless equipment at specified heights.
Ensure proper installation and alignment of wireless devices.
Perform routine maintenance and checks on installed equipment.
Collaborate with team members to determine the best installation sites and methods.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a tree climber.
Knowledge of and experience with installing wireless equipment is preferred but not required.
Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
Strong attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work on an as-needed basis (usually 1-2 days per week).
Compensation: $40/hour
