Position Overview:
As the Factory Manager, you will be responsible for managing factory operations, supervising staff, and ensuring production targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
Develop and implement strategies to optimize factory operations and increase efficiency.
Oversee daily production activities and ensure production schedules are met.
Monitor factory workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions.
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and supervise factory staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Motivate and guide factory workers to meet and exceed production goals.
Conduct performance evaluations and implement professional development plans.
Quality Assurance:
Collaborate with quality control teams to establish and maintain quality standards.
Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with established specifications.
Equipment and Maintenance:
Schedule regular maintenance and ensure factory equipment is in optimal working condition.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to address equipment repairs promptly.
Compliance and Safety:
Enforce adherence to health and safety regulations to prevent workplace incidents.
Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective measures where needed.
Reporting and Analysis:
Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
Prepare detailed production reports for senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications and Requirements:
10 years experience in a similar role
Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the door manufacturing industry.
Certification in production, inventory management, or quality control is a plus.
Strong knowledge of factory equipment and industry best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and production management software.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
