We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the financial and administrative aspects of a residential construction project from the bottom up in Tahoe Vista. This is a temporary, project-based role for the duration of the build.
Key Responsibilities:
-Budget development, tracking, and oversight throughout the project lifecycle
-Cost reporting and variance analysis
-Invoice review, draw requests, and payment coordination with owner
-Financial forecasting and project reporting to owner
-Acting as the financial point of contact between ownership and construction team
-Coordinating with design teams both locally and in the Philippines
-Managing multiple moving parts while keeping the project on schedule and strictly within budget
Qualifications:
-Prior experience managing residential construction (custom home or similar preferred)
-Strong background in budgeting, cost reporting, and financial oversight
-Proven ability to coordinate across multiple teams, including international collaborators
-Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
-Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines
