Position Overview:
Painter 1 $22-$26 per hour DOE
● On time for work with a positive attitude
● Completes all company training requirements
● Adheres to all company policies and procedures
● Motivated to learn and assist other painters with all tasks
● Apply common sense to all tasks designated by Lead Painter or Painter 2
● Attention to detail on all designated tasks
● Utilizes basic painting equipment such as ladders, brushes, rollers, & maskers
● Maintain clean job site, trailer, and tool inventory
● Learn safe ladder & fall protection practices
Painter 2
$22-$26 per hour DOE
● Proficient Painter 1
● Valid driver license
● Minimal Supervision
● Daily oversight of employees under supervision
● Record / manage work orders & time management on job sites
● Apply technical knowledge of all coating materials for acceptable application
● Employee Development of Painter 1
● Communicate proficiently with managers about jobs and problems
● Responsible for tool inventory & needed products
● Knowledge of airless spray equipment, professional sanders, pressure
washers & other power tools
● Demonstrates knowledge & implementation of safe ladder, fall protection &
product hazards
