Job Title: Home Builder Warranty Representative
Reno Home builder seeking full time Customer Service Representative for Warranty. As a customer service rep you must be comfortable meeting with homeowners and sub-contractors to inspect and schedule warranty items for repairs. Candidates must be organized, have good communication skills, have good problem solving skills, customer service experience, ability to manage vendors and subcontractors, and onsite staff. Knowledge of multiple trades is a plus. Tools are a plus.
Salary based on experience, 55k - 63k. Company will pay 80% of Medical and dental insurance offered after 30 days. Vehicle allowance and phone reimbursement offered. Employees are 401k eligible.
