Placer County is currently accepting applications for Equipment Operator in both Auburn and Tahoe. Each location has different vacancies and requires a separate application and supplemental questionnaire.

This recruitment is for the Tahoe location which has four (4) full-time permanent and three (3) extra help/seasonal vacancies. Applications are screened on a bi-weekly basis following this date.
Tahoe Branch Assignment Premium: Permanent employees are eligible for salary plus up to an additional $1,000 per month for assignments in the Tahoe region.
Minimum qualifications include 2 years of responsible experience performing duties similar to those of a Maintenance Worker assigned to various program areas in Placer County, the equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade, and an active driver’s license.
