We are looking for a reliable and experienced Hands-On Construction Foreman to lead our crews on residential and commercial projects. This is a working foreman position—ideal for someone who can take charge of a job site while also getting their hands dirty. You’ll be responsible for crew supervision, quality control, and ensuring jobs run safely, on time, and on budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and work alongside crew members on daily construction tasks
Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and laborers
Interpret blueprints, project plans, and scopes of work
Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards
Communicate with project managers, clients, and inspectors
Track materials, job progress, and labor hours
Solve problems and adjust plans in the field when needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a lead or foreman in residential and/or commercial construction
Strong hands-on skills in framing, carpentry, or general construction trades
Ability to read blueprints and manage job site logistics
Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage crews
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Must be dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
Preferred:
OSHA 10/30 certification
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
