We're actively seeking skilled Carpenters and Leads for projects in the Truckee / North Tahoe area who are not only experts in their craft but also thrive in a team-oriented environment. Carpenter:
$30-40 / hour
Perform advanced carpentry tasks, ensuring precision and quality in every project.
Manage small projects with autonomy, maintaining site organization and high standards.
Collaborate closely with Lead Carpenters and other team members, supporting overall project goals.
Lead Carpenter:
$40-50 / hour
Direct and oversee construction projects, ensuring compliance with timelines and budget.
Lead and mentor a crew, fostering a collaborative environment that values safety and quality.
Build strong, professional relationships with clients, enhancing the firm’s reputation and project success.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform demanding physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds and working in various outdoor conditions.
