You’ll help customers with trailer sales, rentals, and service needs, while creating a friendly, helpful, and professional experience. If you enjoy working with people, problem-solving, and making customers feel valued, this is the role for you.
What We’re Looking For:
Bilingual in English & Spanish
Outgoing, positive, and team-oriented attitude
Must be a fast learner and able to follow direction, processes, and procedures
Ability to deliver excellent customer service
Comfortable working in a busy environment
Willingness to learn about trailers, rentals, and service
Your Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers in both English and Spanish
Guide customers through trailer sales, rentals, and service processes
Maintain a clean and organized showroom and lot
Support a culture of positivity and teamwork
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
