Applied Behavior Technologies, LLC is seeking Behavior Technicians to work in the Reno/Sparks and Carson City communities and in our Sparks office. Morning, daytime and evening shifts available. Technicians will be working with children who have autism or other intellectual disabilities, within the child’s home, our office or in the community. All training will provided to prepare you to become a Registered Behavior Technician and pass the certification exam. All fees are paid for by the employer. This training and certification prepares you to work one on one with a child, providing behavior therapy. This is a great position for those seeking degrees in psychology, social work or health related fields.
The requirements for the position are a minimum of 12 college credits in psychology, sociology, child development or other human studies. You must be at least 18 years of age. You must be able to pass a background check (paid for by the employer) and have a current driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Current RBT's - Salary is negotiable. We offer excellent benefits, vacation and sick time at 30 hours.
