Located on the beautiful north shore of Lake Tahoe, Incline Village GID provides recreation (beach/golf/recreation/ski) and utility (water/sewer/trash) services for Incline Village and Crystal Bay, Nevada.
Looking for a customer facing Network Administrator with a passion for security and efficiency. This position works both independently and collaboratively responds to support requests and responsible for the set-up, configuration, and support for internal/external networks. Performing maintenance, evaluation, installation and trainings to ensure LAN performance & Server Systems meet District and user requirements. A Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) computer science or information systems; two years related experience in networking/working knowledge Microsoft operating systems/productivity tools or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Candidates possessing the following certifications are strongly encouraged to apply: CompTia Network +, CompTia Security +, CompTia A+, CISSP, CEH, CCNA or comparable industry standard certificates. The ideal candidate will have good customer service, problem-solving and analytical skills, detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as a member of a team, and willingness and availability to work scheduled weekdays, weekends, or holidays. Possess a valid Driver's License and able to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
