NVO Construction Components is seeking a full-time Forklift Driver and Material Handler with a sense of drive, integrity, and initiative to join our growing team. As a Certified Forklift Driver and Material handler you will be responsible for safely loading, unloading, and handling of all products. You must be able to prioritize and adjust quickly based on the needs at the time. You must be able to understand and accurately communicate with all team members and truck drivers. English speaking is preferred, ability to speak Spanish is a bonus. Must be forklift certified up to and including Class V with a minimum 1 year experience. We have Combilift Forklifts.
$19 to $24 Hourly Full-Time

Job Description:
Standard Shift - 6 AM to 4:30 PM M-TH
Essential Job Functions may include the following:
Perform daily checklists on forklifts.
Safely and efficiently move wall packages, truss components, and lumber bundles in plant, yard and load and unload trucks.
Verify truck shipments against ship ticket, palletize blocks, pick hardware listed on shipping documents.
Assist with quality checks, bundle packaging, and miscellaneous material handling.
Stack materials in staging area, reload saw stations when requested.
Run some machinery, including finish roller, mechanized router and/or nailing bridge.
Stock and move materials as needed. Heavier materials will be manually moved with a lift-assist crane.
Keep forklift, workstations, and plant clean. Use manual equipment such as brooms to remove light debris.
Must be able to walk, stand, bend, lift, use hands for 8+ hours.
Must be able to lift up to 50+ lbs.
