Position Description:
Public Restroom Company designs, builds, and installs prefabricated restrooms and related buildings for parks and outdoor spaces. We are currently looking for an Electrician Apprentice to assist in our factory. The Electrician Apprentice will be responsible for installing and maintaining the electrical wiring, fixtures, and systems in buildings.

Essential Job Functions may include the following or other duties as assigned:
Installs electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures in buildings. Fixtures include lighting, hand dryers, water heaters, HVAC, heaters,
exhaust fans, etc.
Bends and installs conduits.
Ensures electrical wiring complies with electrical codes.
Installs circuit breakers and other electrical hardware and connects wiring to them.
Tests electrical systems to ensure proper installation and operation.
Inspects electrical systems to determine whether repairs are needed.
Works well with others and is part of a Team.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Perform a variety of manual labor tasks incidental to trade and craft work requiring application of knowledge and experience gained
on similar assignments.
Remains alert for hazards involved on the job site and observe OSHA safety, MSHA and operating rules and regulations.
Requirements/Qualifications:

Preferred: 2 to 3 years’ experience conducting electrical work OR completion of a formal apprenticeship and valid electricians
license in lieu of industry experience.
Able to read and interpret blueprints.
Knowledge of electrical systems and wiring.
Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
Use of test meters and other diagnostic equipment.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable in a factory setting.
High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.

Must be able to see color to discern color-coded wiring.
Must be able to walk, stand, bend, lift, use hands for 8+ hours.
Must be physically capable of pulling wires and cables through conduits.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
