We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Superintendent licensed in Nevada to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and to high-quality standards, while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Manage and coordinate all on-site activities for construction projects.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to design specifications.
Supervise subcontractors, laborers, and other construction personnel.
Enforce compliance with state construction regulations, building codes, and safety protocols.
Conduct regular safety meetings and ensure proper use of safety equipment on-site.
Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring alignment with milestones and deadlines.
Perform routine site inspections and promptly address deficiencies.
Maintain accurate daily logs, progress reports, and other project documentation.
