Skilled Laborer / Journeyman Carpenter – Full-Time (Truckee/Tahoe/Grass Valley/Nevada City Area
We’re looking for dependable, experienced individuals to join our residential construction team. This is a full-time opportunity for skilled laborers and journeyman-level carpenters who take pride in high-quality craftsmanship, reliability, and teamwork.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years experience in residential construction (framing, finish carpentry, demo, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and jobsite safety
- Ability to work independently and with a crew
- Must have valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Must be able to provide professional references – we are serious about following up
Ideal Candidate:
- Punctual, respectful, and committed to producing excellent work
- Physically capable of the demands of a high-elevation jobsite
- Local to the Truckee, Tahoe, Grass Valley, or Nevada City area (or willing to commute)
