We are seeking a motivated Seal Crew Member to join our team at Affordable Striping & Sealing in Reno. In this role, you will assist with various tasks related to asphalt maintenance and road marking projects. Your contributions will help ensure the quality and efficiency of our services as we strive to exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
Follow instructions from the Sealcoat Foreman
Prepare surfaces using push blowers, wire brooms, and other tools
Apply crackfill and sealcoat materials with precision
Prep oil spots and complete handwork in hard-to-reach areas
Operate small tools and equipment with care and responsibility
Perform general labor tasks as needed
Maintain tools and ensure equipment is returned at end of shift
Commit to working extended hours when needed to meet project goals
Assist in the preparation and application of asphalt sealants and markings.
Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Comfortable working on your feet for long hours in extreme weather conditions
Experience with hand tools and mechanical knowledge is highly preferred.
Strong teamwork skills with a commitment to quality work.
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Detail-oriented with a focus on producing high-quality work
Ability to bend, twist, shovel, and perform repetitive physical tasks
Qualifications:
OSHA 10 certification – required
Valid driver’s license – preferred
1+ year of sealcoating experience – preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) – preferred
