Part-time, flexible hours
Job Responsibilities include:
- Preparing storage units for re-rental: wiping walls/doors, sweeping, mopping, locking
- Inspecting/testing units/doors for satisfactory operation
- Making minor repairs - light handyman duty
- Grounds Management: pick up trash, debris
- Light landscape maintenance: periodic weed spraying and occasional weed cutting (mower)
- Snow removal, seasonal - as needed, using snow blower
