Positions available on commercial and residential jobs for:
Established paint crews
Lead Painters
Painter Apprentice
Must have:
English speaking crew lead
Good work ethic
High integrity
Safe track record, no OSHA or Workers Comp incidents
Own your tools, ladders, sprayer etc.
Reliable vehicle to carry your tools and ladders
Take pride in your work and ensuring that customers are satisfied
A generous Job Profit Share allows crew leads the ability to make above average wages by managing their crew's time, maintaining high quality, and using materials wisely. This earning potential can pay upwards of $25.00 per hr for the best crew leads.
