Ensure a professional appearance at all times.Maintain cleanliness of the leasing office, amenity areas, laundry facilities and other common areas as scheduled by the Property Manager.Keep accurate record of inventory, supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or Peak.Provide courteous and efficient response to resident needs and management requests.Adhere to OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Act) standards and company safety policies.Other duties as assignedWhat You’ll Need: Previous experience in a wide range of housekeeping functionsA high school diploma or equivalentEffective communication skills, both verbal and writtenSufficient literacy skills to perform the essential functions of the roleA desire to serve the needs of our residents and communityAbility to multitaskA positive attitude and respect for your team, residents and vendors Physical Requirements:Requires lifting and moving of up to 75 pounds when lifting garbage bags as well as when assisting maintenance personnel with essential maintenance tasks. Requires frequent bending and/or stooping when removing debris and trash from property units.
