Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled House Pressure Washer to join our Paint & Stain Department at Elements Mountain Company. As a leading provider of residential painting and staining services, we take pride in delivering high-quality results to our clients. The House Pressure Washer plays a crucial role in preparing surfaces for painting and staining by ensuring they are clean, free of debris, and ready for application. The selected candidate will be provided a company vehicle, trailer, and equipment by Elements to fulfill this job's key responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
● Utilize pressure washing equipment to clean exterior surfaces of houses, including siding, decks, fences, and driveways.
● Follow company guidelines and safety procedures for operating pressure washing equipment and handling chemicals.
● Inspect surfaces for dirt, mildew, mold, or other contaminants and apply appropriate cleaning solutions as needed.
● Remove loose paint, mold, mildew, or dirt from surfaces to prepare them for painting or staining.
● Work efficiently and effectively to meet project deadlines and maintain high standards of cleanliness and preparation.
● Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate job tasks and ensure efficient workflow.
● Maintain equipment in good working condition and report any maintenance needs to supervisors promptly.
● Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Qualifications:
● Proven experience as a house pressure washer or a similar role in the painting or construction industry is preferred.
● Ability to operate and maintain pressure washing equipment effectively.
● Knowledge of appropriate cleaning solutions and chemicals for different surfaces.
● Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
● Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
● Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
● High school diploma or equivalent.
