Your Day-to-Day as an Erosion Control Laborer:
This is a hands-on, outdoor job, so be ready to get to work! You'll be crucial in installing and maintaining different erosion control measures on construction sites. Every day is a bit different, and we'll teach you everything you need to know. Here's a peek at what you'll be doing:
Installing vital barriers: Putting in things like silt fences, straw wattles, drain protection, and erosion control blankets.
Site prep work: Helping to level ground and clear out debris.
Maintaining what's there: Fixing tears, replacing damaged materials, and making sure everything works right.
Keeping it clean: Tidying up work areas and properly disposing of waste in an eco-friendly way.
Helping with inspections: Lending a hand with daily checks of our erosion control setups.
Staying safe: Always following our safety rules to keep yourself and the team secure.
Working as a team: Collaborating with your crew and supervisors to get the job done.

You're physically capable and can handle tasks like lifting, carrying, and bending.
