Reads and outlines project specifications
Discusses and establishes bid strategies, concerns, and advantages
Directs Plans Coordinators for vendor/subcontractor pricing
Establishes, writes, and reviews work scopes
Improves existing subcontractor relationships and gets to know the subcontractors/suppliers
Relies on judgment and experience to plan and establish deadlines
Assigns and reviews all work scopes and helps as needed to meet deadlines for bid and negotiated projects
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Must have some acknowledge in estimating and drywall field.
Proficient in Stacks and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
