Position Overview:
As a Groundsman you are an entry-level Journeyman with room to grow in the trade. As a team member, you demonstrate support and helpfulness to the entire company and our community. You are an asset to the company and strive to move it forward. No job is too small to move the entire team forward.

Must demonstrate a skill set including and above Groundsman 1
Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
Can physically work 8 hours on feet
Minimal Supervision
Communicate proficiently with crew leads and managers about jobs and problems
Knowledge of tree felling, pruning equipment, chainsaws, chain sharpening, chipper operation, & other power tools
Ability to safely work around forestry equipment
Demonstrates knowledge & the ability to perform basic tree felling, chainsaw maintenance and awareness of hazards on site
Motivated to complete all tasks designated by crew leads and managers
Ability to assist and understand ropes and rigging performed by tree climbers
Knowledge of and the ability to operate mini skid
