Construction - Remodel Carpenter w/Vinyl Floor Experience
compensation: DOE - Up to $20hr
employment type: Seasonal full-time
Farm & Ranching company seeking experienced man to remodel several homes in Round Mountain, NV. Seasonal housing provided on site.
Skills Wanted:
Vinyl Flooring - Remove & Replace
Sheetrock - Remove & Install
Plumbing - Bathroom & Kitchen
Electrical - Lighting
Drywall - Tape & Texture
Finish Carpenter - Trim & Molding
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS
3+ years general carpentry experience
Handyman, general repairs, and maintenance work
Good judgment with a strong attention to detail
Ability to communicate well in English
Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Ability to work both independently and in team settings
QUALIFICATIONS
Valid driver's license and good DMV record
Honest and dependable
Must have own transportation and tools
Access to a smartphone (all assignments are assigned electronically)
WAGE
DOE - $16-$20hr
