Immediate opening for a well-rounded sous chef.
We are the Caterer, for the back stage at Harvey's Outdoor arena. The job entails preparing lunch and dinner for all of the concert dates. Shifts are generally 12:00 am to 8:30 pm. The menu changes for every show, depending upon the Artists requirements. So, a well rounded background is important. We have an excellent support staff. Compensation is competitive.
