We are a friendly, neighborhood fine dining restaurant serving New American Cuisine, derived from French & Italian roots with Mediterranean and Californian ingredients and atmosphere. Our menu changes seasonally based on the products and provisions that are available, along with the cuisine that is appropriate for the season. Our restaurant is primarily focused on dinner service, nightly from 4:30pm - 9:30pm, and we offer lunch service in our casual summer pop up - the Sandbar. We are a growing company and we offer the potential for growth in the future.
We are in search of an individual that is passionate about food & creativity first and foremost. Experience and proven excellence are required as well as a positive attitude, coupled with a can-do and growth mindset. We are looking for an energetic natural leader, with experience leading a kitchen team each day. Must be able to demonstrate their previous success operating a menu, prep, development and cleaning programs.
Our compensation package is competitive and generous for the individual that meets the restaurant's expectations. This includes a base salary, monthly bonus, shared daily tips, shared revenue, free daily meal, health insurance stipend, and annual wellness credit. There is housing available in our employee housing nearby the restaurant for the candidate that may need it. It is available for both long and short term.
Full availability is required for this position, but would be focused on evening shifts. This position may require bending, lifting up to 50lbs, exposure to extreme heat and cold.
