Hello Servers! Fourk Kitchen in Reno is looking for a server for our unique restaurant concept featuring a 4-course menu, which changes monthly. Must be outgoing! We have a fun small, four-member team that executes an engaging experience four nights a week. The typical workweek is Wed to Sat 5-9:30pm. With tips and the hourly rate, pay is approximately $20-25hr.
Fourk looks to create a casual but slightly elevated and personal dining experience. If you want to make some decent money and are looking for work-life balance, this job is for you! Wine knowledge is a plus.
List of job duties you will be responsible for:
Set up for service
Greet guests as they enter the restaurant
Maintain knowledge of wine and beer offerings
Maintain knowledge of current months menu and what dietary concerns may be in each course
Engage guests and take happy hour orders
Participate in introduction speech
During courses serve food and clear tables
Pour wine pairing and fill waters as needed
Assist with restaurant closing duties
Assist supervisor with any other duties needed
