The Catering & Events Sales Manager solicits, sells, contracts, coordinates, and effectively communicates event functions for Peppermill clientele. Applicants with a background in convention and social catering sales preferred.
Duties:
Position works on a consistent basis with Director of Catering, Sales, and F&B to generate new business and maintain relationships with present accounts. Candidate must be flexible to work all shifts as needed, possess excellent communication skills, polished presentation, and strong guest service orientation.
Qualifications:
One year Catering or Convention Services management experience.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and teambuilding skills required.
Intermediate Word, Excel, and Outlook skills required. Salesforce or Delphi experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong ability to coordinate multiple tasks at once with minimal direction.
Ability to compile, compute and analyze pertinent data needed for reports.
