Country Creamery Is a Local Family Owned Ice Cream Shop Specializing in REAL. LOCAL. HOMEMADE. ICE CREAM. We are located right in front of the Park Lane Cinemark Movie Theater. We are seeking team members to support our mission of providing delicious hand made ice cream in a friendly, welcoming environment.
Job Title: Ice Cream Server (Must be 16 or older)
Work Hours: Tuesday-Saturday 11:30am-3:30pm (20hr per week)
Rate of pay: $14-17 per hour. (Base pay of $14/hr plus tips which on average increase payrate by $2-3 per hour)
Description of Duties: Preparing ingredients and product as per training guidelines (no experience needed), serving ice cream, restocking, processing payments, assisting customers, supporting coworkers when needed, and maintaining a clean and safe workplace while upholding company policies and the highest level of customer service standards.
Preferred Qualities: Stable schedule. Shows up when they say they will. Reliable. Great with people. Ice cream lover. Attention to details.
