Front of the House:
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable bartenders and servers to join our team at Three Sheets Brewing Co.! The ideal candidates will have a passion for creating excellent customer service experiences while maintaining a clean and organized bar and dining area. You will be responsible for serving drinks and food, cleaning and stocking while keeping a positive attitude towards customers and coworkers. Bartenders and servers will also be responsible for handling cash and credit transactions.
Responsibilities will include:
Customer service: Great customer service with a friendly attitude, take drink orders, and ensure guests receive timely and accurate service
Drink Preparation: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non- alcoholic beverages according to our menu or customer request
Cash and Credit Transactions: Accurately handle cash and credit card payments using the POS system. Ensure all transactions are recorded and balanced at the end of each shift.
Bar Maintenance: Clean and sanitize the bar area including countertops, glassware, sinks, and wells. Replenish stock as needed to maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
Stocking: Keep the bar stocked with necessary supplies such as liquor, mixers, garnishes, and glassware.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with coworkers, including servers, bussers, and kitchen staff, to ensure smooth operation and an enjoyable guest experience.
Qualifications:
Experience as a bartender or in a similar customer service role is helpful.
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Strong knowledge of drink recipes, cocktail preparation, and bar equipment.
Must be able to handle cash transactions and operate a POS system.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work days, evenings,weekends and holidays.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food and beverage industry. RBS and Serve-Safe certifications required. If you do not have these certifications we will pay to have you trained.
Back of the House:
We’re looking for dedicated, hardworking individuals to join our kitchen team at Three Sheets Brewing Co.! At our restaurant we offer everything from casual to fine dining experiences. We are looking for team members that are knowledgeable in the kitchen and will bring a positive attitude to every shift!
What we are looking for:
Experience in casual and/or fine dining environments
Knowledge of use of fryers, flat top grills, and general kitchen equipment and prep. (Experience with smokers is a plus!)
Strong organizational and cleaning skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Friendly, team oriented attitude
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to spec and timing
Maintain a clean and organized work station and kitchen area
Assist in daily prep and inventory tasks
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Communicate with front of the house with any specials or changes
Qualifications:
Basic Culinary Knowledge
Ability to follow standard recipes and portioning guidelines
Experience with kitchen equipment (fryer, flat top, and grill)
Familiarity with knives, prep tools, and basic kitchen equipment
Food preparation skills
Ability to assemble dishes quickly and accurately
Able to follow prep lists and pars to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Communication skills and coordination with front of the house to manage ticket timing
Knowledge and practice of health code and food handling standards
