The Tamarack Lodge Motel in Tahoe City is hiring a head housekeeper. It is a permanent position that requires motivation, energy, ability to work on a team, and a good sense of organization. Experience in housekeeping appreciated and attention to detail required. The head housekeeper will be in contact with customers and we require a good presentation, politeness, diligence and a smile under any circumstances.
The head housekeeper will need to be able to:
clean rooms
do laundry
clean and organize the hotel laundry and storage rooms and closets
keep track of the supplies and inform the managers of what needs to be reordered
gently direct and check the work of the other member of the cleaning staff
