We work with you to create a flexible schedule.
We are looking for someone to manage our food trailer for events. Must be able to manage truck, trailer, cooking, and scheduling personnel.
Cook will be responsible for:
-grilling our hot dogs, sausages and vege dogs.
-frying tater tots and bacon.
Qualified candidates must be:
Honest, reliable, responsible and be a team player.
Have a valid driver's license and be 18 years old or older
Able to work in elevated temperatures
Able to work quickly in a confined area and stand for extended periods of time
Able to lift 50 lbs
Able to work alone sometimes and along side others during busier times in a confined space.
Must know and follow food safety guidelines. Maintain a safe working environment by using proper food handling skills, completing kitchen tasks such as set up, food prep, clean up and breakdown.
