We are a fine dining restaurant located in Kings Beach. We specialize in Japanese live fire cooking.
This is can be a full time / part time position
We are looking for a bartender, expeditor, dishwasher/porter, and servers.
the Ideal Candidate will have:
At least one year experience
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Be inspired, motivated, have a keen sense of urgency and a passion for their craft.
Know and consistently adhere to our cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, as well as company policies and procedures.
Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
Prior experience in Michelin starred restaurant is a plus
Looking for professionalism, positive attitude, attention to detail and willing to succeed in a constructive kitchen environment, with possibility of growth.
Starting at $18/ base pay or DOE with service charge.
