We are seeking a Baker/Cook to join the team at our team! In this role, you will prepare a variety of Chocolates, Fudge and caramel apples. You will be responsible for opening the store in the morning and prepping for the day ahead. The ideal candidate has previous bakery/cooking experience and a passion for culinary. Duties and Responsibilities:
Open the store and prepare for the day ahead
Clean and sanitize equipment and cooking areas
Bake a variety of Chocolates, Fudge and Caramel Apples
Decorate candy
Prepare custom orders
Track, maintain, and order inventory as necessary
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a baker, pastry chef, or in a similar role is preferred
Ability to use professional-grade kitchen appliances and equipment
Knowledge of food safety practices
Previous experience decorating
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Team player
Available Tue-Fri morning shifts 11am-3pm
