Oversee the entire outlet all shifts

Menu planning and development

Supervise two or more employees

Control labor

Payroll

Order product from warehouse and purchasing

Hire candidates

Discipline when necessary

Scheduling

Work variable shifts

Build moral

Guest Relations

Follow verbal and written instructions

Read and follow recipes

Meet deadlines

Read tickets

Maintain cleanliness of the work station

Positive attitude

Team player

Continuously plans for improvements in the outlet

Training Team Members

Exceptional organization skills

Other duties as assigned my management.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel crouch or crawl; talk, and hear. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to focus.Qualifications

7 years cooking experience

2 year experience as a Supervisor

1 year fine dining experience

Knowledge of food and safety sanitation standards

Follow Atlantis Policies and Procedures

Know the entire menu

Produce a consistent and quality product

Technical Skills

Knowledge of various cuts of meat and their preparation

Knowledge of various types of fish and their preparation

Computer skills

Be able to lift 50 pounds safely

Be able to stand 90% of the time

Be able to use various types of kitchen equipment

Ability to multi-task

Knife skills

Breakdown and clean equipment

General knowledge of food and safety sanitation standards

Work in a fast paced environment

Sauce making skills

Must adhere to all appearance standards, including but not limited to no "visible" tattoos/piercings or unnatural hair colors.
