Description Robert Half is offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Bookkeeper in Reno, Nevada. This role is vital to our day-to-day operations and requires a meticulous individual with a strong background in bookkeeping. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for account reconciliations, processing accounts payable and receivables. This is a part time role, 20-25 hours a week.Responsibilities: Accurately process and record transactions, including accounts payable and receivable. Conduct regular bank reconciliations and manage data entry tasks. Utilize QuickBooks for maintaining financial reports and records. Administer payroll and ensure all financial postings are accurate. Perform month-end close procedures and ensure all financial data is up to date. Handle invoicing tasks and maintain accurate customer credit records. Ensure all financial reports are prepared and delivered within deadlines. Utilize Microsoft Excel for various financial functions and data management.
