REQUIREMENTS:
We are looking to hire a talented, passionate and motivated person to join our team.
Work would include, but not limited to, the following: Interior design & General design & drafting, show room sales, materials specs and research, site surveying such as as-builts, some project managing from the development phase through the construction phase; working in the office with our team, R&D, auto cad drafting and lay out jobs from plans; providing technical aid and layout to construction staff in office or in on the site.
Professional Experience - 2 to 4 years in related experience in:
Interior design, Cad drafting- drawings using AutoCAD - Showroom experience is a plus - office experience using Autodesk/CAD, Revit, or Vectorworks.
You need to be skilled in MS Excel, MS Word and Autodesk or Revit and both is a plus.
Non Required Additional Experience in MS Power Point, MS Projects, iTaskX, Mac OS, Photoshop, 3D Studio Max, Sketch Up and/or Vector Works Software Programs.
Must be able to work as part of a team, be reliable, and have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Excellent communication skills as our projects can be very complex and technical. The ability to read, write and speak fluent English is critical.
Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
