What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a motivated Civil Engineer to join our growing team. Experience or proficiency in structural engineering is a plus. Candidates with professional licensure or those actively pursuing licensure are preferred, though we welcome applicants at various stages of their career.

Responsibilities
Develop and manage civil and structural designs for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
Assist with or independently perform structural analysis and design of building components, including calculations to determine appropriate dimensions, materials, and reinforcement requirements in accordance with applicable codes and project specifications.
Prepare engineering and permitting documents, including construction drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and submittals to local agencies.
Participate in field work such as inspections, site visits, and construction administration.
Collaborate with internal team members, clients, architects, contractors, and government agencies.
Use tools such as AutoCAD, to support design development. Civil 3D and ArcGIS experience is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
2–5 years of relevant experience in civil and/or structural design.
Passed the Fundamentals in Engineering (FE) exam.
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or ability to become licensed in California and Nevada is preferred.
Familiarity with permitting processes for local and regional jurisdictions.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage small to medium-sized projects with guidance or independently.
Must be able to work outdoors in varying conditions and travel to job sites, reasonable accommodations will be provided for candidates with disabilities.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required as required for regular travel to job sites.
