WHAT YOU GET TO DO:
- Coach group and/or private lessons – for all ages
- Provide excellent and kind guest service to guests of all ability levels and backgrounds
- Act as an ambassador for the resort and our sports
- Introduce people to skiing and snowboarding by sharing your passion for snow sports
- Spend your days helping others progress their skills on snow
WHAT YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB DONE:
- A guest service mindset and outgoing personality
- Excellent communication skills
- A strong sense of safe practices and ethical behavior
- Maintain a composed and professional demeanor
- Ski and/or Snowboard in all weather for extended periods of time
WORK SCHEDULES:
- Schedules include working weekends, holidays, and some evenings.
- Full Time – 4 to 5 consistent days every week throughout the entirety of the winter season
- Part Time – 1+ consistent days every week throughout the entirety of the winter season
- Holiday/On-Call – Minimum of 16 “Peak” days throughout the entirety of the winter season
