Seeking a part-time Front Desk Receptionist for a boutique massage & skincare studio in Truckee, CA!
Martis Valley Massage is a boutique six-room massage & esthetics stuido located next to the Raleys O-N-E in Truckee, California. Our studio has recently expanded to 6 rooms, and we are now hiring for another skilled front desk attendant to join our team.
This would be a great job for someone who is in school or has a work-from-home job and wants to make some extra income. There is a lot of free time in-between checking in & out clients where you could do other work on the computer.
We are a therapist-run studio with the employee's best interest at heart! We are not a spa but rather an intimate massage studio focusing on healing our clients in the best way possible. Our priority is building a robust monthly clientele in which therapists work with their clients to solve and heal daily ailments. We designed our studio with the therapists in mind, creating an extraordinary workplace. We aim to achieve a lighthearted and encouraging work environment with a strong focus on teamwork! We are looking for like-minded individuals with health and wellness built into their lifestyles.
Job Duties:
Check in & Out Clients
Book clients through our booking software
Take phone calls
Light cleaning duties
Restocking retail when needed
Job Requirements:
Customer service experience required
Knowledge of basic skincare products
Must be professional in appearance and demeanor
Experience with Booker/Mindbody a plus but not required
Comfortable on the phone (we do a lot of over the phone bookings)
Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be authorized to work in the United States
