Duties include but not limited to:
1. Interact with customers via telephone, email and texting.
2. Collect and enter customer payments.
3. Field customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond your knowledge, forwarding to appropriate staff/manager.
4. Maintain customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints or comments.
5. Enter and post customer service tickets
6. Perform accurate organization and filing of office records.
7. Field sales calls to Sales Manager with as much detail as possible
8. Help Managers with tasks they may give.
9. Maintain any other duties your office manager may give.
Knowledge, skills and ability:
1. Ability to communicate both verbally and written.
2. Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
3. Strong interpersonal communication skills.
4. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service.
5. Ability to maintain accuracy and be organized.
6. Ability to function as a cooperative team member and help foster a team environment.
Education and work experience required:
1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. Some college preferred.
3. At least two years’ customer service.
4. At least one-year office administration experience.
Office programs/equipment experience required:
1. Office suites
2. Field Routes
3. Online payment portal experience
4. Multi line phone systems
5. Scanning and printers
