Job Title:Sales and Leasing Manager for Jones Mini Storage
Overview:
We are a leading self-storage company in Carson City, NV seeking a full-time Sales and
Leasing Manager that possesses professional leadership skills and provides top-notch customer
service to customers, while rigorously upholding the policies and operating procedures.
Responsibilities include ensuring established sales and revenue, expense control, supervising
and training employee(s) and other operational goals and objectives are met or exceeded.
Essential Duties:
The Sales and Leasing Manager is responsible for the following:
Ensures the sales, marketing and customer relations goals and objects for the self-storage
facility are achieved at an acceptable level.
Ensures the administrative responsibilities are accomplished and the appropriate financial
controls are maintained to achieve the financial goals of the property.
Provides appropriate leadership and supervision to ensure a productive, positive, and team-
oriented work atmosphere, where employees are managed in compliance with employment
laws and consistent with SK Truck Rentals, Inc. philosophies and policies.
Ensures the self-storage property and grounds are effectively maintained to support the
business goals of the property.
Ensures that he or she completes appropriate training to improve or develop their own skills
and those of the staff.
Requirements:
Experience in supervising and training others is required.
Minimum 3-5 years in business or professional environment including direct sales, retail, or
customer service.
Travel:
Attend meetings off-site for company training, Manager meetings, and an annual Awards
Dinner. These may be outside of the local area.
Travel locally to make bank deposits, purchase office and property supplies, etc.
License:
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
