Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and maintain financial records for all four accounts within the facility.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data by reconciling accounts on a regular basis.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Monitor cash flow and financial transactions to identify discrepancies or irregularities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper allocation of expenses and revenues across accounts.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts for each account.
Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Provide financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes.
Communicate effectively with management and stakeholders regarding financial performance and issues.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in accounting and finance.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CPA certification is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in a multi-company environment.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
