Robert Half is seeking an Accounting Specialist for a part time contract/temporary position with a government agency in Incline Village, Nevada. This role is within the government sector, where you will be tasked with various accounting functions, utilizing software systems, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Responsibilities:
Utilize Accounting Software Systems in the processing of customer applications
Execute Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) to maintain customer credit records
Perform accounting functions such as journal entries and invoicing
Utilize Tyler Technologies Munis and other government accounting tools for efficient operations
Assist with accounting tasks specific to Public Sector Organizations
Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
