Accounts Payable Clerk

Description Katie Weigel with Robert Half Finance and Accounting is recruiting to fill an Accounts Payable Specialist opportunity at a manufacturing company in Minden, NV. Reporting to the Accounting Supervisor, the Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for full-cycle AP processes, matching, batching and coding invoices. This individual also completes the weekly check run. The AP Specialist is a key member of their small accounting team, and will be tasked with various other accounting responsibilities including bank reconciliations, partnership with vendors, and assisting in other areas of the accounting department. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a fully focused AP role, as well as strong technology skills.The company has fantastic benefits including 100% coverage of employees healthcare, and 70% of dependents healthcare coverage.
