Assist the Department manager and asst. manager with assigning work duties and reporting issues to them
Responsible for assigning key and radios to team
Responsible for ensuring shift team members are cleaning and maintaining all casino/hotel public areas up to hotel standards.
Will be required to clean and maintain public areas while leading shift crew.
Abide by company policy, procedures, safety regulations and sanitation practices involving bio-hazard clean ups and day to day job duties.
Must be able to understand and conform to all company/Department policies and procedures and rules and regulations.
Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, as they apply to the position
Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:Qualifications
Prior experience in a supervisory role
Must be at least 21 years of age
Ability to effectively present information to guests and team members.
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
Ability to read, write and communicate verbally in English
Verify right to work in the United States

Walk, stand, bend or stoop 95% of shift.
Work for sustained periods of time maintaining concentrated attention to detail.
Occasionally lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
