We are seeking a skilled and experienced Xactimate Estimator to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the mitigation and remediation industry, including expertise in writing accurate and detailed estimates using Xactimate software.
Job Requirements:
Local candidates only
Proficient in Xactimate for writing estimates
In-depth knowledge of the mitigation and remediation process
Familiarity with IICRC standards, including S500
Ability to visit job sites, conduct thorough inspections, and create sketches and scopes of work
Must have reliable transportation
Interview Process:
Applicants will be required to demonstrate their ability to write an estimate in our office as part of the interview.
